Jeffrey started his real estate career in 1992 and has remained a top-producing agent with RE/MAX for over 15 years. He has helped over 3,000 families buy and sell Real-Estate, as well as, being involved in construction management of the buying and selling residential developments as well as commercial properties. Real Estate sales have always played a big part in Bill’s life. Bill has a Bachelors degree in Land Use Management, and received his real estate license in 1981. During his career, he has sold residential homes, new construction and resale, and has sold and leased commercial industrial properties. Bill spent eighteen years with new home builders as a Community Sales Manager and as a Regional Sales Manager. During that time, he closed over $140,000,000 in real estate sales transactions. Bill believes strongly in customer service and customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale. Bill has been married for over 20 years and has two daughters. He is involved in family activities and serves as a volunteer at his church. Bill enjoys a variety of sports, but is really an avid ice hockey player having played the sport regularly from the time he was nine years old through college. Bill stills gets out a couple of times a week to stay in the game! |
